Summer Camp Payments Only
YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THESE PROGRAMS WITH THE OFFICE FIRST! Click on the Summer Camp 2013 Information Page for instructions and the Participant Contact Form.
If you have not first registered with the office, please STOP and visit the info page linked above for details or call the office at 283-3139 for availability
Payment Deadlines
- Please pay prior to the deadlines below. If your payment is received after this point your child may attend camp but a late fee will be added to your account. This payment is due before the next time your child attends camp.
- Morning Chill - Before 6:00 AM day needed
- Summer Camp Daily Fee (Kinder, Pepperell, Memorial, & Summer Adventure Teen Camp Only) - Before 6:00 AM day needed*
- Summer Camp Weekly Fee (Kinder, Pepperell, Memorial, & Summer Adventure Teen Camp Only) - Before 6:00 AM Monday of week needed. Any payments for weekly received after Monday at 6:00 AM will be subject to late fees.
- Summer Camp Full Fee (Kinder, Pepperell, Memorial, & Summer Adventure Teen Camp Only) - Must be paid in full prior to camp starting on June 14th. If you are not paid in full by this date you will be converted to the weekly pay option.
- Sandbox Only Summer Camp Weekly Fee - Due by Friday end of business for the next upcoming week; payments must be made at the office. Weekly max of 25 participants. Daily fees not available for Sandbox.
- *Daily Payment does not guarantee admission to camp if we are going on a field trip and there is not enough room on the buses. Priority will be given to weekly and full summer campers
