Saco Travel & Saco Hoops Plus Basketball is a program run by Saco Parks & Recreation. Saco Travel runs from October to March and Hoops Plus runs during February and March providing quality basketball for our local players.

Boys Hoops Plus Evaluations 2016
Saturday, February 6th at 3:00pm at the Saco Community Center.
Registration: Evaluations are free to participate, but all attendees should be registered. Use the registration activity below to sign up.

Boys Hoops Plus Season and Info 2016
  • This program is open to 2nd grade boys as an introduction to our Travel Basketball program to prepare them for participating in our Travel League next year. Playing time is balanced with an emphasis on basketball skills, good sportsmanship, and developing the all-around-athlete.
  • Teams: Players should participate in evaluations and the team will be announced during the week of February 8th.
  • Practices: Tuesdays from 5:00-6:00pm at the Saco Community Center, starting February 9th.
  • Hoops Academy: Players will also participate in Hoops Academy, a skills and drills program, on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00pm.
  • Tournaments: Players will participate in 2-3 tournaments from the end of February through spring. Dates and times TBD.
  • Players will receive a Saco Rec t-shirt for games.
