July 1 Update: Summer Camp 2020 Enrollment is CLOSED. 

June 16 Update:
SPR Summer Programs COVID-19 Prevention Protocols
We hope that we have been able to address all questions and concerns related to COVID-19 processes, and if you have anything else you would like to know prior to camp please email us at parksandrec@sacomaine.org.  Please be advised that many of our standard procedures will be available in our Parent/Camper Handbook which we will send later this month.  Our goal in putting this guide together was to demonstrate our excitement for camp and reassure families that we are adopting all required protocols so that our campers will experience a safe and fun summer.  If at this time you still have concerns and would prefer your camper not participate this season, please email us at parksandrec@sacomaine.org by Friday June 19th to request a cancellation.  We will issue a full refund at that point.  Thank you for your support of our programs – we look forward to seeing you on July 6th!

Revised Enrollment Timelines:
REGISTRATION WEEK 1: May 14-25 – This period of enrollment is only open to SACO RESIDENTS enrolling for ALL 7 WEEKS.
REGISTRATION WEEK 2: May 26-June 4 – This period of enrollment is only open to SACO RESIDENTS. At this time, you may choose specific weeks to register if you do not need all 7 weeks of camp.
Update May 29: we are limiting enrollment this summer to residents of Saco and Dayton only. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Signing Up to Receive Emails - Updated 6/16/20
From here forward, information is now emailed to those enrolled for our camps. We will not be continuing to use the camp interest line for updates.

Summer Camp Rates - updated May 1, 2020
Fees for summer programs in 2020 are as follows:
1. Enrollment fees for camp: $20.00/resident; $25.00/non-resident
2. K-7 Summer Camps weekly fee: $125.00/resident;/ $135.00/non-resident

Projected Enrollment Process - updated June 16, 2020
For those of you looking to get started on our enrollment process, here is an outline of our tentative plan:
1. K-8 Camp Enrollment will open Thursday May 14, 2020 - open to Saco and Dayton Residents. Full details can be found in the "Enrollment Process"
2. Theater Academy: We will not be holding this program in summer 2020; please see our update letter from May 26th under Additional Forms and Files
3. For campers returning from 2019 season: You may request to rollover your 2019 form. Email parksandrec@sacomaine.org.
4. For new campers: Create an account at www.sacorec.com. Download and complete a Universal Participant Contact Form on your computer (must be typed—handwritten forms will not be accepted) - link provided on this page under Forms and Files.
5. Fee Waivers: Please find our updated application online under "Department Info"
6. The last day to enroll is Tuesday June 30, 2020
