Please note: we do not do same-day registrations. Forms are due one full business day in advance of attendance to complete enrollment procedures. Registration will be closed the first day of school, Monday August 31st, 2015 Click here for the Participant Contact Form The Medical Information Form must be turned in at registration if your child requires an asthma inhaler or Epi-pen. Form may be handwritten. Medical Information & Waiver FormFee Waiver: the Fee Waiver form is available for those Saco residents who would like to request assistance with their fees. The amount of money available is limited and will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis and also based on need. Fee Waiver Form and PolicyThe School's Out Parent and Camper Handbook contains guidelines and rules for our school year program. Please take a few minutes and read this over. Rules should also be reviewed with participants. If you have any questions please call the office. This handbook is subject to change and updating at any time.
