The Saco Parks & Recreation Department is excited to partner with the Aquaholics Surf Shop to offer two Stand Up Paddle board clinics! This is a program for all levels! Come try paddle boarding for the first time, or if you are more experienced, come use a board for about 1.5 hours. Trained instructors will be available to assist participants of all levels. The clinic will take place at the Front Street boat launch, located below the dam on the Saco River. This water is generally very mellow and the view is excellent!

  • Where: Front Street Boat Launch, Saco, ME
  • Time: 5:30pm-7:00pm
  • Fee: $45.00/person - includes instruction, board use, life jacket & paddle
  • Ages: 8+ years old. Anyone ages 8-17 must be accompanied by an adult! If the parent/guardian is also participating, they must be registered.
  • Aquaholics will provide instruction for beginners, and guidance for those who have tried it before. They will bring big, stable boards that are easy to paddle and learn on. This is a good chance to try the sport at an affordable price, as well as a good chance to just get out on the water!
