In order to use these services, a membership is required and please follow the guidelines below to enroll. Once enrolled, you may use the activities below to purchase your days needed throughout the summer.
Step ONE: At Home 1. Go to www.sacorec.com and create a household . Enter in all children who will be using our program.
2. Download & complete a
Participant Contact Form on your computer (must be typed—handwritten forms will not be accepted).
3. If your child has an inhaler or Epi Pen, please complete the Medical Policy section of your Participant Contact Form. Prior to camps start, you must also supply the emergency medication your child requires.
Step TWO: At the Community Center1. Option 1: Bring in your printed completed form(s) and first payment to the office.
OR Option 2: You may email your completed contact form to parksandrec@sacomaine.org. The office will print your registration form for you.
2. Payment for the first anticipated day of service is due to register. This day may be credited to your account or applied to a different day as we get closer to summer if plans change.
3. Following receipt of all forms and initial payment, your child will be enrolled and registered for use of the SPR summer After Care program. Online payment registration below will be available throughout the summer to purchase the days and services needed for your child.
